Paul from TV Magic removed the old aerial and disposed of it then installed a new compact aerial on my roof which now allows perfect reception for my entire home without the worry of a tall extension being storm damaged as had happened in the past. After recently moving to the area we were really looking forward to having a TV again after several months of watching our favourite shows on a small laptop. Paul was very patient because we had to change our booking several times due to a mixup with the delivery of our new TV. Paul is clearly very skilled in all the technical aspects of his craft and has all the necessary equipment plus extra on hand to cover all contingencies. As an added bonus he has wonderful people skills and was a delight to welcome into our home. Paul went above and beyond the requirements of the installation and made sure it was set up with all our favourate apps and we were briefed thoroughly on how to operate the tv correctly.
